Windujaya is divided into two clusters of village (dusun). Dusun is divided into some ‘grumbul’. Dusun I includes Krajan Grumbul, Karang Gedang Grumbul and part of Karang Kuning Grumbul. Dusun II comprisses the other part of Karang Kuning Grumbul, Penisis Grumbul, Dukuh Anyar Grumbul, and Kebon Jakarta Grumbul.

This meeting was pioneered by a forest farmer group lead by Naryo (70). He is a hard worker in keeping the forest conservation. He has good willingness, provides for farmer rights that works in forest.

Kompleet is one of organizations that facilitated this forum. This organization that specifically gives more attention to forest preservation on Mt. Slamet stated that Windujaya Village Discussion was a media expected can unite many views from many elements to the community’s roles of preserve forest villages for environmental sustainable development.

Kompleet gave reasons why this organization pays more attention to forest preserve villages. According to Kompleet, forest preserve village is an area that has very important position in a sustainable development. The community’s role is significant for the region below. The role can be seen from the behavior of the community that keeps the forest function as a rain water absorber. Furthermore, community’s habit that keeps the cleanness of river is good and valuable.

This meeting invited Regent of Banyumas, The Head of Banyumas DPRD (Assembly at regional level), Banyumas Bappeda (Agency for Regional Development), Forestry and Plantation Department of Banyumas, Environment Department of Banyumas, Agriculture Department of Banyumas, Animal Husbandry Department of Banyumas, General Work Affair Department of Banyumas, Irrigation, Mining and Energy Department of Banyumas, Perhutani of KPH Banyumas, Muspika (Council for subdistrict government) of Kedungbanteng, Head of Ketenger Village, Head of Melung Village, Head of Windujaya Village, Head of Head of Kalisalak Village, Head of Baseh Village, and Head of Sunyalangu Village, LPPSLH, BABAD, PBHI, Kompleet, Banyumas Farmer Association (PBB), Farmer Association of Banyumas-Pekalongan (Setan Balong), Argowilis-Sokawera KTH (Forest Farmer Group), Ardi Kencana-Sunyalangu LMDH (Forest Village Community Organization), Gempita-Ketenger LMDH, and Forest People Movement Association (Pager Gunung)-Melung.

Dhani Armanto as an occupant of Kompleet took action as the facilitator. Some forest farmer like Naryo, Maksudi, and Sudi Raharjo delivered their problems.

Naryo told about the promise stated by the mandor (security) and forest Mantri (head of security) about the payment for people who allowed to works in Perhutani’s land. Whereas what Naryo had done more than planting the land, but also determined the border of area of forest management, river and stake. Demands from Naryo were the payment promised has to be paid, Jambon and Mahoni trees should be cut, and space among Damar changed into 6x6 m.

In harmony with Naryo, Maksudi, a villager of Clekatahan-Purbalingga Regency, told some problems. Maksudi told about the financial loss when farmers have to work in Perhutani’s land. He also complained about threat from forest Mantri when they planted vegetables on Perhutani’s land.

Sudiharjo from Windujaya complained about the decrease of water quality that is getting muddy because of stone mining. He also delivered about electricity network that could not serve his village. So far the villagers got electricity from other house. He also told about barrier in getting education because the schools are far from Windujaya. They must pay much money for transportation to go to school. In other hand the villagers earns only Rp.15.000, but the cost to go to school spend Rp. 7000 every day.

It was a bustling discussion. There are many unanswered problems at that time.

Finally the meeting created an agreement note. It was a starting step for the unity perception of environmental sustainable development.
